ABOUT ME
I’ve been an athlete since the age of seven, competing in football and hockey and later winning the 2018 Junior Bantam Football Championship. Injuries eventually forced me off the field, but instead of quitting, I rebuilt myself in the gym.
For nearly six years, I’ve trained consistently with a focus on disciplined strength training, proper nutrition, and evidence-based methods. I didn’t just chase muscle I built strength, endurance, and habits that support long-term health and performance.
Today, my coaching focuses on longevity: moving well, staying strong, and improving overall health so clients can perform better now and for decades to come. I combine real world training experience with formal certification as a personal trainer and nutritionist to create structured, sustainable programs that actually work.
